If you\u2019ve never considered participating in Instructional Coaching as a coach or coachee, we encourage you to explore the program\u2019s offerings<\/a> for individuals and groups. Instructional Coaching provides a confidential space to explore pedagogies and receive supportive feedback from a trusted colleague.<\/p>\n

Our coaches are talented teaching faculty of all ranks, trained in dialogic coaching and the Inclusive Pedagogies Observation Protocol (IPOP). The IPOP features research-based pedagogical approaches to establishing an equitable classroom environment, inclusive instruction, authentic assessment, generative classroom dialogue, and critical consciousness. In tandem with one-to-one instructional coaching, the program also offers team coaching for programs, departments and groups of colleagues invested in collaborative learning and instructional growth.  <\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n
