As you head into Spring Break, we hope you\u2019re able to rest, reset, and spend time doing whatever nourishes you\u2014whether that\u2019s traveling, being outdoors, working, or just catching up on sleep.<\/p>\n

Wherever Spring Break week takes you, we encourage you to stay mindful of your safety and well-being. Make plans with people you trust, look out for one another, pay attention to your surroundings, and trust your instincts.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n

If something doesn\u2019t feel right, you don\u2019t owe anyone your time, energy, or access to you.<\/strong><\/p>\n

And if something does happen over break\u2014whether related to sexual misconduct, relationship violence, stalking, harassment, or anything else impacting your well-being\u2014please remember you are not alone. Support and confidential resources are available to you when you return to campus (and in many cases, remotely while you\u2019re away).
