Colorado College\u2019s Strategic IT Governance Framework is now live. <\/p>\n

This model was created to ensure that technology investments are aligned with institutional strategy, responsibly resourced, and sustainable across the enterprise. This governance structure includes representatives from multiple areas of the College, and reflects CC\u2019s shared governance approach\u2014bringing together expertise and perspectives from across campus to guide technology decisions collaboratively. <\/p>\n

All IT requests should continue to be submitted through tickets<\/a>.<\/a>  <\/p>\n

What is Changing<\/strong> <\/p>\n

ITS will now triage all incoming requests. If a request is determined to have strategic, cross-divisional, enterprise, compliance, or significant resource impact, we will reach out with next steps and guide it through governance review. <\/p>\n

Governance review will evaluate initiatives based on:<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n
