We hope you are enjoying your summer! There is a lot to do as you prepare to move into your new home at CC. <\/p>\n

We want to take a moment to introduce ourselves and recap the items from the NSO Pre-Arrival Checklist<\/a> for our office, as some may require contacting and\/or visiting your health care provider and discussions with your family.  <\/p>\n

The Wellness Resource Center (WRC, affectionately) is focused on student health and wellbeing on campus. We support CC students through workshops, outreach, social events, and individual or group consultations with professional and student staff. These programs and services cover a variety of health and well-being topics, including substance use harm reduction, sexual violence prevention and response, healthy sexuality, sleep hygiene, stress management, and belonging.<\/p>\n
