Zoe Williamson \u201926 has won a 2026 Fulbright English Teaching Assistant Award to Botswana, where she will spend nine months teaching secondary school students.<\/p>\n

\u201cI am thrilled to be able to grow as an educator in Botswana,\u201d Williamson says. \u201cI am also really excited to build a community there.\u201d <\/p>\n

Allison Barker \u201926 Named SCAC Women\u2019s Track Athlete of the Year<\/h1>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n\n\n\n

After winning three conference titles and earning her first All-America honor, Colorado College recent graduate Allison Barker \u201926 was named the Women\u2019s Track Athlete of the Year for the 2026 season by the Southern Collegiate Athletic Conference (SCAC).<\/p>\n

Barker, from Bethesda, Maryland, became Colorado College\u2019s ninth female track athlete to earn All-America honors with an 11th-place finish in the 1,500-meter final at the 2026 NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships. She finished the race with a school-record time of 4:26.77.<\/p>\n

The Department of Feminist & Gender Studies is excited to announce Dr. Melissa L. Durland (FGS and Psychology \u201915), Assistant Professor of Clinical Practice in the Department of Psychology at the University of Washington (UW), was appointed Director of Psychological Services and Training Center (PSTC) this past summer.<\/p>\n

The PSTC offers low-cost, high-quality, time-limited, evidence-based assessment and treatment to the UW and Seattle metropolitan communities. It is also the primary training center for doctoral students in the UW Clinical Psychology Program, with mental health services provided by advanced graduate students under the supervision of licensed mental health professionals.<\/p>\n
