On August 17<\/strong>, please watch for an email from the KnowBe4 platform<\/strong> regarding a training program that everyone with a Colorado College account must complete as we begin a new academic year. Depending on your role, you will be required to complete certain modules: cybersecurity, FERPA, Title IX, ethics, and other institutional requirements that are key to maintaining a safe, secure, and informed CC community. Learning about issues and College practices related to these topics enables us to gain a shared understanding of our responsibilities. <\/p>\n

The email will include instructions for accessing the modules. You will have 60 days (Monday, Aug. 17-Friday, Oct. 16) <\/strong>to complete the required training. Those who begin employment at CC after Aug. 17 will have 60 days from their start date to complete the training.<\/p>\n

This message is a follow-up to the announcement about this program sent in May. Additional information about the program, including expectations and completion requirements, is available in the CC Required Employee Training Policy<\/a>.<\/p>\n
