I am writing to share that Lacy Karpilo, Vice President of Student Life, will be leaving Colorado College on Sept. 15.<\/p>\n

While we undergo a national search for the permanent position, I\u2019ll be launching a search for an Interim Dean of Students to serve for this academic year and ensure the continuity of experience, service, and exceptional support for our CC students and families. I look forward to sharing who will serve as your Interim Dean of Students in the coming weeks.<\/p>\n

I want to recognize Lacy and the contributions she has made to Colorado College and to this division. <\/p>\n

Lacy has provided leadership, energy, and commitment to our institution, and many of you have worked closely with her over the course of her time here. She has been an important part of this community, and we are grateful for the work she has done on behalf of our students, our colleagues, and the College.<\/p>\n

While we navigate the transition of responsibilities in the Office of Student Life over the next few weeks, please continue to reach out to studentlife@coloradocollege.edu<\/a><\/a> for collaboration and support.<\/p>\n
