So far, I\u2019ve learned about the wonderful qualities of nearly 200 gift recipients.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0;font-size:14px;mso-line-height-alt:18px\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0;font-size:14px;mso-line-height-alt:21px\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Some traits our staff and faculty appreciate in their colleagues:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"line-height:1.5;mso-line-height-alt:21px;font-size:14px\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Always assuming positive intent<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Grace under pressure<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Good humor<\/span>  <\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Patience, kindness, empathy<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Honest feedback<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Making people feel heard and acknowledged<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Generosity<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Keeping us organized<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Authenticity<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin:0;font-size:14px;mso-line-height-alt:21px\">  <span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Just some of the work mentioned that makes the college run well:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"line-height:1.5;mso-line-height-alt:21px;font-size:14px\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Caring for campus grounds and gardens<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Mentoring and onboarding new staff and faculty<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Creating a caring and inclusive environment for our BIPOC campus community<\/span><\/li>\n<li>  <span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Preparing equipment, cleaning, organizing, and supporting classes<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Improving how events are experienced<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Troubleshooting technology<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Helping with webpages<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Supporting colleagues and students through COVID and hybrid classes<\/span><\/li>\n<li>  <span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Building databases and implementing new systems<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Providing transportation<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Serving on committees<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Supervisors rolling up their sleeves to help when the workload is heavy<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Managing projects while remaining flexible and adaptable<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin:0;font-size:14px;mso-line-height-alt:21px\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">A few of the fun things we appreciate:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"line-height:1.5;mso-line-height-alt:21px;font-size:14px\">\n<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">An affinity for ducks<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Having a hilarious personality<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Being fashionable<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Sharing pictures of foster kittens<\/span><\/li>\n<li>  <span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Outstanding ping pong skills<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"margin:0;font-size:14px;mso-line-height-alt:21px\"><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">These stories show what makes this community special and strong.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0;font-size:14px;mso-line-height-alt:18px\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"margin:0;font-size:14px;mso-line-height-alt:21px\">  <span style=\"font-size:14px;\">Let\u2019s keep sharing our gratitude!
