{"id":428,"date":"2019-02-27T07:42:41","date_gmt":"2019-02-27T14:42:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/sites.coloradocollege.edu\/historyday\/?page_id=428"},"modified":"2024-02-26T07:49:04","modified_gmt":"2024-02-26T14:49:04","slug":"special-awards","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/sites.coloradocollege.edu\/historyday\/special-awards\/","title":{"rendered":"Special Awards"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">American Association of University Women  Colorado Springs Chapter<\/span><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>Judges from AAUW will view Junior Exhibits to make several cash awards on History Day.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>AAUW awards are given to students whose history projects are of the highest quality and relevant to AAUW&#8217;s mission to promote equity and education for women and girls.<\/strong><\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"breadcrumbs\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Old North End Neighborhood (ONEN)<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Judges in the Old North End Neighborhood will once again evaluate Performances and will hand out special cash awards at the awards ceremony.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Pikes Peak Regional History Symposium<\/span><\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>Senior Documentary winner\/winners will be invited to take part in the <strong>film festival portion<\/strong> of the 2024 Regional History Symposium. There will be a cash stipend awarded to participants.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\">Old Colorado City Historical Society<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Judges will award cash prizes to one Senior and one Junior Exhibit project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>American Association of University Women Colorado Springs Chapter Judges from AAUW will view Junior Exhibits to make several cash awards on History Day.
