The Antlers is approximately 1 mile from the Colorado College campus. Since there are few lodging options within walking distance of campus, we strongly encourage conference participants to book their stay at the Hilton. Since the weather in Colorado Springs can be unpredictable in late April, we will have shuttles running throughout the two days of the conference to transport conference participants from the hotel to campus.

Getting to Colorado College

Many airlines fly directly to Colorado Springs without requiring you to switch planes in a hub city. The Colorado Springs airport is a 20-minute drive from the conference hotel. The cost for a taxi is usually $20-25.

Since Denver International Airport is approximately 80 miles from campus, we encourage you to fly directly to Colorado Springs. If you choose to fly into Denver, you can find information on shuttles from the airport at www.coloradoshuttle.com.

From the Antlers Hotel to Colorado College

Shuttles will run each morning, starting at 8:15am, and will continue every 10 minutes or so until 8:50. Shuttles will drop-off at Worner Center. The keynote lectures are in Gaylord Hall, near the east entrance of Worner Center. Shuttles will also pick-up outside Gaylord Hall immediately following the afternoon/evening keynotes and drop-off at the Antlers.

The walk from Antlers to campus is just over a mile. Upon exiting the Antlers’ lobby, turn North onto Cascade and continue until reaching campus. Worner Center (which includes Gaylord Hall and the WES Room) is located on the north/west corner of Cascade Ave and Cache La Poudre, Cornerstone Arts Center is on the south/east corner, and Slocum Hall (Slocum Commons) is located a block east, on the corner of Cache La Poudre and Nevada.
