Come down this Friday to see Denver-based jazz artist, Rajdulari, and her 9-piece band! Show will be in Bemis Hall at 9:00 PM, and open to all students. Bring your gold card.

Rajdulari Bio:

Rajdulari Landell is a composer, singer, fashionista, and actress who got her start performing in the local church choir. Eventually making her way to Boston and attending Berklee College of Music, Rajdulari was able to draw from many traditional and contemporary jazz singers from Billie Holiday and Sarah Vaughn to Chaka Kahn and Lizz Wright. Her unique blending of jazz and R&B as well her contemporary compositions off her first album, Honeywine, allowed her to perform at numerous prestigious jazz clubs in NYC such as Billie’s Black, Iridium Jazz Club, BB King’s blues/jazz club and many more. She has recently moved to Denver and headlined at Dazzle Jazz as well as performing at the prestigious Boettcher Concert Hall for the Martin Luther King celebration this year.
