Head of World Wildlife Fund Talks Climate Change at Block 4 1M

Start Block 4 at First Mondays with Carter Roberts, CEO of the World Wildlife Fund. Roberts presents “We Are Still In: How Colorado College is Moving the U.S. Toward Its Paris Agreement Targets.” Since 2004, Roberts has led the WWF, an organization that strives to combat the effects of climate change through promoting cross-disciplinary communication between the fields of science and policy. He’s the featured Block 4 First Mondays speaker Monday, Nov. 18, 11:15 a.m.-noon in Mohrman Theatre. Roberts’ presentation will also highlight and amplify CC’s carbon neutrality 2020 initiative in support of the “We Are Still In” goals.

Updated Moving Schedule

The opening of the new library is now scheduled for Monday, July 3. All library services, including the circulation desk, research desk, interlibrary loan, and the ITS Solutions Center, will be available in Tutt South until Monday, July 3. Special Collections will be closed June 21-July 4. Throughout Block B, the Writing Center will be located in the Mod Pod and the Quantitative Reasoning Center will be located in Gill House.
