The Tutt South building will be coming down over the course of the next few weeks.

It’s one of the final phases of the Tutt Library renovation project. The new space is partially open with Library Circulation Services, the Research Desk, and the ITS: Solutions Center available for you on the first floor of the renovated building!

Despite continued construction activity and noise, some students have been using the first floor for study space. If you drop by, use the east entrance (coming from Palmer Hall). You’re welcome to visit the first floor, but other floors are closed to visitors as construction work continues. Collections haven’t been reshelved yet so continue to browse the digital TIGER catalog and use the red “Request Item” button to request all library materials. The after-hours book drop has moved to near the doors on the east side of the library.

Thank you for your patience during the transition. More offices and services will be moving into the building late next week. Make sure to visit the library renovation webpage for up-to-date information about office locations.
