Since 1985, Toni Larson has worked for Independent Higher Education of Colorado, a nonprofit organization that conducts public policy work for Colorado College, Regis University, and the University of Denver. She is very pleased to be able to keep such a close affiliation with Colorado College and to continue to contribute to the college. She also recently had two books published, both of them based on her Ph.D. dissertation.

Two former hockey players from the Class of ’63 met at Parksville, B.C., for a hockey tournament of players 70 years and older. Gill Grabosky and Jacques Rivard were meeting for the first time in 46 years. Gill plays for the Sharks of Calgary and Jacques for Les Boys de Quebec.

Bill Stafford, president of the Trade Development Alliance of Greater Seattle, was the recipient of the 2009 World Citizen Award, presented by the World Affairs Council. The council recognized Bill for his invaluable international work over many decades in the Puget Sound region. Bill also recently had an exhibition of his photography called “A Seattle Lens on Global Ties” at the Seattle Museum of History and Industry.

Chad Milton is a co-­founder of ThinkRisk Underwriting Agency, which offers underwriting and claims management services in the converging fields of media, technology, advertising, privacy, and network security, specializing in errors and omissions insurance. Chad is running the company’s day-­to­-day operations with co­-founders Leib Dodell and Debra McClenahan.
