On December 2, 2010, the recently formed Colorado College Entertainment Group hosted its kickoff event at Soho House Los Angeles. This group, spearheaded by alumni J-T Ladt ’03 and founding members Ben Duhl ’99, Ted Miller ’86, Aaron Shure ’88, and Neal Baer ’78, was established to provide a networking infrastructure for those within the industry. All CC alumni, students, parents, and faculty who are involved in any aspect of the entertainment industry are welcome to join and attend the LA event.

The group’s mission is to connect the established and influential members of the CC community as well as offer a mentorship and opportunities platform for those just beginning their entertainment careers. CC has a global community that spans film, television, theater, music, and new media and the entertainment group provides a place for everyone to connect via social media as well as in person at live events.
