Summer in Brazil
Virginia “Ginny” Sisson ’88 and Celia Pereire da Silva ’88 traveled to Brazil for three weeks in the summer of 2010 to attend Prof. Peter Blasenheim’s book launch in Juiz de Fora. “After a very successful evening with standing-room-only in the hippest museum in town, Peter, Celia, and I took off for a three-day road trip deep in the heart of Minas Gerais and along the way we spent the night in one historical city after another,” Ginny says. This photo was taken during the trio’s last dinner in Rio de Janeiro before Ginny and Celia drove Peter to the airport.
