Jane Hunt Wiley began painting watercolors in 2000 and has had numerous paintings in juried shows throughout Indiana. In October, two of her works were included in a show at Clowes Hall of Butler University.

Charles S. Clark Jr. has been elected a national member in the famed Explorer’s Club, which has its headquarters in New York City. Chuck was raised in the gold camp town of Victor, Colo., and graduated from Victor High School in 1951. He went on to attend the University of Colorado in 1951 and later received a master’s degree from CC. In the mid-1960s, Chuck’s expertise as a pilot and photographer came together, when he was offered a job flying into remote indigenous villages in the Amazon jungles of Peru.

Bill McDonald retired after 31 years as a government executive with the Colorado Water Conservation Board and the U.S. Bureau of Reclamation. Bill last served as a deputy commissioner and acting commissioner. He now has a private consulting firm, McDonald Water Policy Consulting, LLC. He has seven grandchildren, eight children, four sons-in-law and fills his time with his family, travel, and chorale music. He lives with his wife, Beth Jorgens ’71 in Boise, Idaho.
Todd Ballantine ’68, owner and director of science and education at Ballantine Environmental Resources, Inc., spoke at the opening plenary session of the International Ecotourism and Sustainable Tourism Conference in September on Hilton Head Island, S.C. Todd facilitated a three-part session which presented the environmental, cultural, and economic story of Hilton Head Island to the conferees. Ballantine Environmental Resources, Inc., is a certified environmental consulting firm that specializes in environmental science solutions, education, and sustainability consultation around the world. Marianne and Todd Ballantine own and operate the firm in Boulder, Colo.
