Jose Monge Castro ’20 presents the need for water testing devices such as the one he and his partner are proposing during the pitch for Advanced Water Sensing. Four teams competed in the final round of the Big Idea, a startup competition hosted by Innovation @ CC on Feb. 7m 2019 in Celeste Theater. The competing teams were SaFire, Advanced Water Sensing, Momentix and Infinite Chemistry. The teams competed for $25,000. First place went to Momentix while Advanced Water Sensing took second place.
