A survey conducted on a group of 320 linguists defined Italian as the most romantic language in the world.
Well, just think about it: isn’t Rodolfo Valentino one of the most iconic images of romance?
And what about Venice? Linguists tracked back the very etymology of the word “Venice” to the Indo-European root *wen (“love”).
