Homemade pasta turned out to be FUN and TASTY!
Now the question is mattarello o nonna papera?
Carmen mastered the nonna papera; Marco and Anna chose the mattarello
To flatten the dough you have two options:
1. La nonna papera, a small hand-cranked pasta machine.
2. Il mattarello, a rolling pin.
We were successful with both! Don’t you agree?
