Guess what? We have pretty great chefs at the Italian House this year!
Saturday afternoon the delicious scent of a homemade focaccia invaded the Italian House living room. Henry and Lauren, last year’s FYE students and new residents of the Italian house, cooked an amazing dish for all of us. The recipe comes from Henry’s family, who has Italian origins.
Simple ingredients and lots of love made cooking together a fun experience:
Henry directed all of us: Yumiko, Anna, Ada, Lauren, Dario and me.
Later on other residents and friends showed up to have a taste of this amazing focaccia.
