What a Saturday! The Italian House is filled with amazing cooks, experts of handmade pasta and of delicious sauce recipes!

We decided to spend the day together preparing a delicious dinner.

Some residents made fresh pasta for the very first time and they did a great job!

And while a tireless team was working in the living room making pappardelle, a smaller but equally hardworking team was preparing a delicious sauce in kitchen.

Henry was inspired and the sauce for our pappardelle turned out perfectly autumnal: sausages, leeks, mushrooms, and cream.
