Gabbie and Maddie, your pizzas were simply delicious – you’re a great team both in Itailan class and in the kitchen!
You spoiled us with different kinds of pizza (mushrooms, prosciutto and arugola) and just as we thought it couldn’t be better, you prepared a dessert pizza with nutella and marshmallows 😉
Can’t wait until the next cooking night with you! And thank you for participating in our Grande Pizzata!
THIS WEDNESDAY!
A young Sicilian man falls in love with an American girl and…. no, it’s not your typical romcom! 😉
If you’re curious to know who “Tanino” is and what he’s doing in the US, join us at 6.00 pm in the lounge of the Italian House (also know as Elbert House)
Ci vediamo mercoledi’!
A very special event took place on Thursday last week.
The first Open House hosted by the Italian Department welcomed more than 25 people
We entertained our guests with Italian trivia, live music (by famous Major Mandolin!), food, and drinks. Everybody had fun singing, chatting, and getting to know students and teachers from CC’s Italian program. Many thanks to all of you for making this a successful event!
Special thanks to Jessica and Francesca for being our speakers and sharing their experiences and to Ann and Inge for helping us with the organization of the Open House!
A yummy Italian-American colazione was our last event of Block 2!
Thank you David & John for organizing it, you did a great job 🙂 We enjoyed scrambled eggs, mozzarella, muffins, Nutella and grapes while taking part in the ULTIMATE QUIZ ON ITALIAN BREAKFAST! The questions were a bit crazy and random, but it looks like you had fun trying to figure out the right answer. The Third Wheelers & The Vincitori were the official winners, congratulazioni! The Wild Bunch + Alec & Quang were really good competitors, thank you guys for participating. Enjoy block break and a presto!
