Meet New Assistant Vice President for Staff Equity and Inclusion 

Ersaleen Hope has joined CC as the new assistant vice president for staff equity and inclusion. She previously worked as an inclusion excellence and performance manager for the Colorado Department of Transportation where she was responsible for diversity management and dispute resolution processes, as well as the facilitation of equity, diversity, inclusion training and workshops, and working to achieve organizational justice.
As the AVP for staff equity and inclusion, Hope will report to Robert  Moore, senior vice president for finance and administration. She also will co-lead the Antiracism Commitment Committee and provide strategic vision and guidance as a member of the diversity, equity, inclusion, and antiracism leadership team.
Hope started at CC Aug. 8. She has a B.S. in criminal justice from Everest University, an M.P.A. from Purdue University Global, and a Master of Psychology from Capella University and is currently working on her Ph.D. in industrial organizational psychology at Walden University, where she gathers research and conducts studies on racial and social inequities and social change solutions.
