Last Call for Ditch the Dumpster Volunteering (May 8-19) |
It’s that time of year again! The Office of Sustainability is gearing up for Ditch the Dumpster, CC’s move-out donation program, and we need your help to get items sorted and back out into the community. Last year we kept over 15,000 pounds of stuff out of the landfill. If you have the interest and capacity to help, please sign up for a shift. Your help makes a massive difference in our campus footprint.

Internship Adjunct for Continuing Students |
Do you have a student advisee who needs to catch up on credits, could benefit from deeper reflection during their summer experience, or needs to earn credit for a summer internship? Encourage them to sign-up for the General Studies: Internship Adjunct. The adjunct is an educational strategy that links classroom learning with the application of knowledge in an applied setting. Students should email Andrea Culp in the Career Center to be added to the Canvas course to learn more about assignments and expectations.

Annual Greenhouse Gas Technical Report |
The Emissions Team within the Office of Sustainability is excited to share the latest Greenhouse Gas Technical Report. This comprehensive document tracks our emissions, providing transparency into how we measure and manage our environmental impact. It offers a deep dive into carbon emissions, ranging from direct campus operations to indirect sources like travel. We invite you to review the findings and see how our collective efforts are shaping the College’s environmental footprint.
