Elliot Mamet ’15, who graduated from Colorado College magna cum laude with a degree in political science and a minor in political philosophy, has received the Phi Beta Kappa, Alpha Association of Colorado, 2016 Graduate Scholarship. The award of $3,500 will support his doctoral work in political science at Duke University, where he will begin studying political philosophy in the fall.
Mamet, a Denver native, was a Boettcher Scholar, a finalist for the Rhodes Scholarship, and graduated Phi Beta Kappa. Prior to beginning graduate school, Mamet completed a Humanity in Action fellowship in Warsaw, Poland, and worked for the American Political Science Association in Washington, D.C.
