Ravioli burro e salvia

A simple but delicious way to enjoy fresh pasta!

Bravissimi ragazzi, so many of you came to our cooking lab and learned the art of fresh pasta! You turned into a higly productive ravioli factory tonight 😉

After Dario’s demonstration you all showed skill and creativity making your own ravioli and filling them with our mixture of eggplant and ricotta. Here are some pictures showing your hard work:

Making ravioli took some time, but our final dish was worth the wait! The sauce was made of butter and sage, and of course we added parmigiano 🙂 Hope you all enjoyed, see you soon for a new lab!
