Spesso Espresso- Easter edition!

We had a special espresso Monday today, featuring our traditional dolce di Pasqua (Easter cake): la Colomba! It’s a cake shaped like a dove and we had melted dark chocolate on top…sì, we like spoiling ourselves 🙂

Our chat focused on Anna’s experience in Firenze. She was there for a semester and had the amazing opportunity to intern for the prestigious Uffizi museum! Grazie Anna for sharing your story with us!
