It was great to see old and new faces at our first Spesso Espresso!
Giochi & Buon Cibo!
For the first event of the year, the Italian and the Asian House joined forces to organise a great game night!
Almost 30 residents attended and played charades, that was a lot of fun! Then we had a delicious dinner together, with dishes from our different countries 🙂 The Italian contribution was Parmigiana & Nutella cake… We had 0 leftovers so big success!
Can’t wait to have our next event. Stay tuned!
The Floating Piers
Ever wished to walk barefoot in the middle of a beautiful lake? Possibly in Italy? 😉
Well hurry up then!
The installation “The Floating Piers” was conceived and developed by artists Christo and Jeanne-Claude, who chose the suggestive location of Lake Iseo (Lombardia) for their project. This features a dock system rising just above the surface of the water and allowing visitors to explore the lake and the Island of San Paolo. It certainly is a unique experience!
The installation will be available only until July 3rd, for more information you can visit the official website. “Walking on water” has never been so easy! 😉
