If you are receiving (or sending) mail, please keep in mind these important reminders from CC Mail Services: 
Anyone sending YOU mail should use this address template:

Access to the Mail Center
You have Gold Card access to the Mail Center from 8 a.m.-8:30 p.m. everyday. 
  • You can access the LuxerOne lockers seven days a week, from 8 a.m.-8:30 p.m. 
The Service Counter is only open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m.- 4 p.m. 
LuxerOne Locker Tips
  • Double-check that you’ve removed all your packages from the locker
  • Please make sure to close the locker after you’re finished

FAQs
Where is my package? 
All packages and letter mail have moved to the new Mail Center on Tejon Street.
  • Lockers 
    • Your email will contain a QR code and a six-digit access code
  • Behind the counter
    • Your email will contain a barcode and tracking number
Where is my letter mail?
All letter mail and packages have moved to the new Mail Center on Tejon Street.
In addition to receiving emails when your packages have been checked in, you will also receive an email when your letters are processed in our Mail Center.
  • Behind the counter
    • Your email will contain a message of “USPS Mail” without a tracking number 
What can I do at the Mail Center?
  • Return and ship packages
  • The Mail Center is a UPS, USPS, FedEx, DHL, etc. drop-off location
  • Send mail and postcards
  • Buy stamps, letters, and mailers

There are no physical Worner Boxes anymore; do I still need to use my Worner Box number?
Yes, your CC Box is a permanent identifier and it is still required in your mailing address!
