CC’s Environmental Health & Safety department is offering two training opportunities for our campus community.
CPR
The first class is CPR and is open to all students, staff, and faculty. The course will cover CPR, First Aid, AED, and more!
There are 6 dates available to choose from:
May 1
May 15
May 22
May 29
June 5
This class is from 9 a.m.-2 p.m. for each date.
OSHA 10
The other course being offered is OSHA 10. The OSHA 10 Hour Certification is intended to provide general industry workers information on how to avoid and prevent workplace injuries. This course will cover Electrical safety, hazard communication, asbestos, and more. OSHA 10 available to staff and faculty only.
Time requirements are for 10 hours of classroom instruction. To minimize scheduling issues, this training will be broken into four sections on four separate days. Please make sure to attend ALL FOUR classes to receive credit for the course. When signing up for this course, choose one day from each section. All four sessions must be attended to receive course credentials.
