#4853770 Sophomore Orientation Leader at CC

By facilitating structured activities, Sophomore Re-orientation leaders will support a small group of sophomore and transfer students. Activities include facilitating conversations, helping sophomores make connections, and orienting sophomores to campus. Facilitators will uphold the integrity, mission, and values of Colorado College and are responsible for creating welcoming and inclusive spaces for all participating students.

Qualifications:

– A currently enrolled CC Student for the 2021/2022 academic year

– Junior or Senior during the 2021/2022 academic year

–  Strong facilitation skills

– Knowledge of Colorado College Campus Resources and Campus Building Locations

Essential Duties

Represent Colorado College in a professional, authentic way. Provide a welcoming, inclusive, fun, and safe re-orientation experience for sophomore and transfer students. Facilitate Sophomore and transfer student activities. Ensure COVID mitigation practices are followed.
