- The team invited Virgil Ortiz, CC’s Artist in Residence, to the divisional meeting. Mr. Ortiz presented a powerful set of images and talked about the history and meaning behind his art.
- The four Horizontal Teams updated the division on progress. The teams are:
- Transitions Team – chaired by Tulio Wolford
- Budget Accountability Team – chaired by David Ziemba
- Technology Team – chaired by Angie Bardsley
- eSports Team – chaired by Chad Schonewill
- Angie and Chad suggested inserting educational piece into the meetings.
- Andrew and Katharina gave an update on VMWorld conference they attended.
- Brian discussed the need for ITS: to increase participation in the Good to Great series
