About Kyle Samuel:
Kyle Samuel is President of M&T Insurance Agency, Inc. and a Senior Vice President of M&T Bank. Kyle began his career in Denver, CO with The Chubb Group of Insurance Companies. He started as an Energy Industry underwriter before moving over to Commercial Lines where he also served as Chubb’s multi-national insurance specialist.
In 1997, he joined Aon as a Producer responsible for developing new and existing client relationships. Kyle was promoted to Resident Sales Director in 2002 where he was responsible for the office new business goal as well as for the development, retention and recruitment of other sales professionals. In 2011, he was promoted to Senior Vice President and Resident Sales Director for the Capital Region of Aon in Washington, DC responsible for developing and managing insurance, risk management, and human capital strategies for upper middle market and Fortune 1000 clients.
Kyle was named Managing Director of the Capital Zone for Wells Fargo Insurance Services in 2014. He lead over 100 team members who provided insurance brokerage, employee benefits and risk management consulting services to Wells Fargo’s business banking, middle market and large corporate segments, along with high net-worth customers in D.C., Maryland & Virginia.
Kyle received his Bachelor’s Degree in Economics with an Emphasis on Accounting from Colorado College in 1992. He currently serves on the Colorado College Alumni Association Council and is the President-Elect. Kyle also served on the March of Dimes Colorado board for seven years and was Denver Division Board Chair from 2007 – 2009. He has the professional designation of Certified Insurance Counselor (CIC).
