City Year On-Campus Recruiter

The Campus Recruitment Ambassador (CRA) is responsible for helping to recruit a highly qualified corps of diverse 18-25 year olds on their college campus. The CRA is expected to give between 40 and 60 hours a semester. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: attending career fairs, executing marketing campaigns, outreach to student organizations and academic departments, scheduling and organizing information sessions, wearing City Year gear on campus, and other unique opportunities identified at a specific school.
