The Development Coordinator assists the Development Director in the organization and execution of the annual development plan for the Adaptive Sports Center. Key responsibilities include coordinating volunteers for events, database management, grants coordination and reporting, restricted fund reporting, donation processing, and capital campaign administration.
Education and Experience· Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; three to five years of experience as a Project Coordinator or Development Assistant, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Two years of experience in the nonprofit industry.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities· Ability to plan and accomplish goals. Outgoing and able to thrive in a team-oriented environment. Detail-oriented and well-organized. Able to work independently, efficiently and creatively. Must be comfortable asking individuals and entities for donations.
