Kalamazoo College is seeking motivated recruiters to join our team. The Admission Counselor position supports the entire admission process through territory management, recruitment, selection, and enrollment of prospective students. The position will include virtual recruitment activities, travel to assigned geographic territories, and on campus events in Kalamazoo.
Our Admission Counselors represent Kalamazoo College to prospective students, their families, school counselors, community organizations, and work to cultivate inquiries and convert applications into enrolled students. Admission Counselors will discuss the application process, financial aid, and program information with professionalism while building professional relationships through frequent interactions and communications with students, families, and counselors, including interviews, phone calls, emails and information sessions.

These positions are 12 month full-time and will work primarily in-office and may also involve some remote work and travel.
Kalamazoo College is seeking motivated individuals for The Admission Records Associate position. The Office of Admission includes more than 20 staff who are all engaged in the work of recruitment and outreach to prospective undergraduates, and take part in crafting the incoming class of students. Our team is a dynamic, committed group of professionals from diverse backgrounds and perspectives who are often the first Kalamazoo College representatives that thousands of students per year from around the world will connect with in the process of choosing whether to apply to, and ultimately attend, Kalamazoo College.
The Admission Records Assistant plays an integral role in supporting the recruitment and application process. This role manages Application processing from application to enrollment. Processes prospect and application files through direct and indirect system input; maintains and resolves issues with the integrity of the database. They may also provide training and support to office team members. Daily processing activities include communication to prospects and applicants through our Technolutions Slate CRM system, email and phone, and writing reports.
The Office of Admission staff utilize data from the Slate CRM system to plan recruitment efforts, track progress, centralize communication and analyze effectiveness of recruitment strategy. This position plays an important role in helping to ensure that the College is able to leverage data & the Slate CRM to the fullest extent possible in our recruitment efforts.
