Responsibilities: Arrange art history classrooms, Arrange studio classrooms over Block Break with Print Workshop Supervisor. Assist in classrooms as required – drawing still life set ups, visiting artists’ workshops, paper tearing for advanced classes. Prepare supply packets for drawing and painting. Drive vans for field trips. Pick up visiting faculty and lecturers at the airport, assisting with their orientation to campus and the department, apartment check in, initial trip to grocery store, etc. Prepare materials and represent the department at new and prospective student open houses.

Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree; good communication skills; ability to manage time and work priorities; word processing skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite; clean driving record and valid driver’s license plus certification by Facilities Services. Preferred Qualifications: Familiarity with the Colorado College art program and the block plan; experience using CANVAS
