About the internship:
The National Cybersecurity Center seeks an intern that plans a career in the dynamic growth field of cybersecurity. The intern hired for this unpaid position will need strong critical thinking skills in order to integrate into our vibrant and passionate team who are very excited to share this exciting start-up nonprofit organization with a candidate hoping to gain outstanding experience. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, demonstrated creativity, willingness to help, and an understanding of the importance of attention to detail are critical to success in this position.
Qualifications:
Only applicants with a strong understanding of why cybersecurity is a critical national concern should apply. Must be able to work independently as well as in teams. Must be adept at Internet research to monitor and aggregate current news and activity regarding cybersecurity and prepare regular reports to the team.
Hours per week:
10-15, unpaid.
