Google is hosting a Passport to Google event in the Boulder office on February 2, 2019. Freshman and sophomore computer science students are encouraged to apply for and attend this event.
The registration deadline is Monday, January 14th.
What is Passport to Google?
Passport to Google is a one-day event for university students from Colorado cities interested in learning about what it is like to work at Google.
A problem isn’t truly solved until it’s solved for all. At Google, you’re invited to bring your insight, imagination, and a healthy disregard for the impossible to build products that create opportunities and build – for everyone.
This event is an opportunity to learn about Google culture, network with Googlers and recruiters, and gain knowledge on how to build a career in tech. You’ll also get the opportunity to participate in an innovation challenge in small groups with students from other universities to learn how to take a product from ideation to reality. Prizes will be awarded!
How do I apply?
After the application deadline, Google Boulder will reach out to confirm your spot and provide more details. Note: not all registrants will be selected to attend due to space limitations.

I registered! Can I come to the event?
Due to limited number of seats, we won’t be able to accommodate everyone who fills out the interest form. If selected, our team will provide your confirmation and additional information. We will also send you a waitlist email if we have run out of room.
Do you have to be a current student to participate?
Yes, you must be currently enrolled at your university.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes are fine.
Will transportation be provided?
We will not be providing transportation to the event. However, if you are confirmed we will provide you with information on Lyft discount codes.
Will food be provided?
Yes! We will be providing a light breakfast, lunch, snacks and drinks throughout the day. If you have any dietary restrictions, please note this in the form and we’ll be prepared.
When will I receive a confirmation about Passport to Google?
After the registration deadline, we will reach out to you with more details by January 16,2019. Not all registered students will be selected due to space limitations.
Do I need to bring my own laptop?
You will need to bring a laptop with you.
