Primary Responsibilities:
– Interview clients and witnesses for immigration legal services
– Communicate with clients to provide updates on cases
– Prepare materials and forms for submission to immigration and federal courts and agencies
– Conduct legal and factual research
– Provide Spanish interpretation and translation
– Maintain client database and internal records of the office
– Manage the attorney’s calendar
– Provide general administrative support
– Travel and attend immigration court hearings with clients
