Here’s a great opportunity for you whether you’re looking for a new job or not! As a Colorado College alumna/us, you are invited to attend the only Career Fair in Colorado of its kind. Colleges and universities from around the state will be represented at this exciting event organized exclusively for alumni.

Employers from a variety of industries will be present and looking to fill professional positions. For a listing of employers that will be participating (updated daily!) as well as to register for the fair, visit the HireDenver website.

Things to remember: 

• Make a list of the companies you want to talk to so you can target them first when you arrive.
• Research companies before attending the career fair.
• Bring more résumés than you expect to handout. Remember that the Career Center is happy to review your resume before the fair.
• Dress professionally. First impressions are crucial!
• Prepare and practice your 30-second pitch.
• Be prepared to answer common questions about yourself.
• Follow-up with companies you spoke with at the fair.  Make sure to get the representative’s contact information.
