First years and Second years: Are you passionate about community engagement? Would you like to learn and build community alongside a group of your peers who aspire to be civically engaged leaders? Would you like to get paid to do the work you love?
Join the Bonner Fellowship!
The Bonner Fellowship is a cohort based, long term, developmental community engagement fellowship where students commit to an average of 24 hours a block of community engagement, community-based learning, and community building. The goal of this program is for students to commit to long-term engagement with a specific community partner or within a specific issue area to deepen their impact and, alongside that, to develop themselves as civically engaged leaders through developmental workshops, written reflections, and peer to peer support. All of the student’s engagement and learning throughout the fellowship will culminate to a capacity building Capstone project that will be presented at the end of their senior year.
