Do you care about social and environmental Justice? Do you want to live in intentional community and be a part of something bigger? Do you want to explore the beautiful Pacific Northwest? Come engage in a year of service with JVC Northwest!
JVC Northwest responds to community needs in the Pacific Northwest by serving with local partner agencies. As a Jesuit-affiliated volunteer program, JVC Northwest provides opportunities for formation and personal growth in community, social and ecological justice, simple living, and spirituality/reflection, as well as extensive support through retreats (including two BIPOC-only retreats!), dedicated program staff, and other local support.
As a Jesuit Volunteer (JV), you’ll receive career and skill-building opportunities in rewarding fields, while deeply engaging in community and reflection. In addition to housing with fellow volunteers, healthcare, and a modest living allowance, you’ll also receive an AmeriCorps education award upon completion of $6,495 to use for prior loans or further study.
Find out where a year can take you. First priority deadline is January 11. Apply today at jvcnorthwest.org.
