Optimotive is a digital marketing agency which specializes in helping clients launch new brands and websites. We’ll be adding to our team this year and we’re thinking that a recent or (soon-to-be recent) CC grad would be a great fit.
I co-founded Optimotive with another CC alum, Andrew Ishimaru, and we work with several other CC folks as subcontractors. Our clients include PlantSnap, CoolBot, and Ziba Foods, along with several other mission-driven companies.
We’re looking for ambitious students with strong communication skills who can learn new tools quickly. Ideally, someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable with high levels of autonomy. They don’t necessarily need to have a marketing or computer science background (I was an environmental policy major and Andrew was a political science major), just a willingness to learn.
All of our work is remote, so there is no need to relocate and we have a ton of flexibility to travel (writing this from Bocas del Toro, Panama). We’ll start out new team members at $40/hour, with the opportunity of earning higher wages and equity in Optimotive down the line.
We are looking to onboard someone within the next few months.
