Griffis Residential is currently seeking a talented team member to join our property management teams. Duties:

Work closely with local teams answer inquiries and manage resident accounts
Shadow leasing consultants to show apartments to prospects
Prepare and organize materials for move in and move outs
Assist with creating and implementing a property marketing plan and other communication projects
Provide support with special projects
Handle day-to-day office tasks, including answering phones, preparing for tours, and any other leasing responsibilities
Assist with apartment management operations by working with all on site associates
Successfully completes the assigned tasks and other projects
Travel to communities of various sizes to allow for additional development
May be assigned leadership opportunities for tasks and projects
Performs other duties as assigned
