Have you heard about PIFP, the Public Interest Fellowship Program?
Get paid to make a difference!
PIFP is a program that allows Colorado College students (and CC students only!) to apply for summer-length and year-long fellowships at Colorado nonprofit organizations. Fellows are able to create valuable changes in Colorado communities and do meaningful work – all while making connections in the nonprofit sector.
Even better, these opportunities are all paid. Summer fellows earn $4,000 for a 10-week fellowship, and yearlong fellows earn $30,000 plus health insurance and benefits.
Interested? Meet the current fellows and check out the amazing work they’re doing in their organizations. You can even read their job descriptions and explore which organizations may be a good fit for you!
Sounds amazing. How do I learn more?
Check out PIFP’s Application Checklist. This form tells you everything you need to submit your application.
Make sure to also save the dates for this semester’s information sessions! You can attend an information session on Thursday, Dec. 7, 12:15 pm or Tuesday, Dec. 12, 4:00 pm in the WES room. Learn to craft a compelling application and tackle your interviews with confidence.
And FYI: The deadline for applications is January 31st, 2018.
