The Quad is a joint initiative between CC, PPCC, UCCS and the US Air Force Academy (insofar as authorized by Federal law). This 1-year position is intended as a launching pad for recent graduates. Each Fellow is responsible for supporting one of the Quad’s Associate Directors in the overall operation and success of their respective program by facilitating interdisciplinary teams of students, faculty and staff in advancing project-based work, engaging with key stakeholders, and performing
supplementary research and analysis.
Highlights of responsibilities:
-Facilitate and coach project teams in development and delivery of project work, in accordance with established scopes of work and the agreed-to project management framework.
-Review development of project work and improve student-created research deliverables before delivery to community partners as needed to maximize quality and usefulness of produced work.
-Support student recruitment and selection activities.
-Work in parallel to student teams to contribute relevant research and analysis as needed to each project, and occasionally complete additional research and analysis projects directly for community partners within the parameter of the assigned program.
-Complete research and analysis responsibilities with a high degree of independence, as appropriate per project requirements.
-Review work design, plans, and products with Program Director or other Quad staff member as required.
-Identify, solicit, and secure necessary support from relevant faculty and other partner-campus resources as necessary.
