Colorado U.S. Senator Michael Bennet is not accepting internship applications from undergraduate students for his Washington D.C. and Colorado offices (Colorado Springs, Denver, Durango, Fort Collins, and Pueblo.)

Interns in our Washington office attend hearings and briefings, research legislative issues, meet with Congressional officials and staff, conduct U.S. Capitol tours and draft correspondence.

Interns in our Colorado offices assist Constituent Advocates as they meet with Coloradans who need help navigating the federal government, represent Senator Bennet at local meetings and events, research legislative issues and draft correspondence.

The 2017 Washington D.C. summer internship program has two sessions. Session 1 begins May 29th and ends June 30th. Session 2 begins on July 3rd and ends August 4th. This is an unpaid internship. Applications are due by March 13th.
