TOPS Stewardship winter program: The TOPS program offers opportunities for people interested in pursuing natural resources and parks careers a chance to gain experience as a seasonal employee.  Positions available include Natural Resource Technicians and  Education Technicians.  Natural Resources Technicians will be working in a maintenance, natural resource stewardship and a project planning capacity.  Education Technicians largely work with the public and school groups and help communicate messages of environmental stewardship through formal and informal interpretive programs.  These are paid full-time seasonal positions and are a great opportunity for students about to graduate or recent graduates.  Positions will be posted on the city webpage September 8th through 22nd
